Units

Great bands also have rockin drumlines and incredible color guards. While musicians are advancing their skills in class, the North Star Circuit of Colorguards gives color guards the chance to improve their skills through competitive performance opportunities in the winter season. With focus placed directly on the color guards, our panel of certified judges work collaboratively with instructional staff through the critique process following every show. This one-to-one support helps groups reach new levels and bring measurable results back to their marching programs.

Membership

Each and every year, the North Star Circuit of Colorguards welcomes new schools and programs into our circuit. This year it could be yours! The following is a list of what is included in being a paid NSC Member:

• Access to perform and compete at all North Star Circuit of Colorguards shows with no additional fee
• Voting rights at Membership meetings
• The option to host your own show and raise funds for your group*
• Seven staff passes for NSC events your unit attends

New in 2011 is a tiered system based on geographic location. The further your unit is located from the tier 1 - Twin Cities metro area, the lower your dues costs. Additionally, units not hosting a show no longer pay the same amount as units hosting a show. This a la carte option provides additional affordability for units with smaller budgets.

• New units - $250
• 2nd units - $150
• Non-show hosting units - $700
• Show hosting units - $1,000
• Tier 2 units - $300
• Tier 3 units - $200
